ABOUT KN VISIONS

ABOUT KN VISIONS

Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company (KNCC) was founded in 1986 and has established itself as an accomplished and preeminent builder of superior projects throughout Oregon.

KN Visions was formed out of our ongoing project successes and as a response to both market and client demands and has a focus on fine custom residences. Our core belief is that personal attention and communication are keys to a positive building experience. This approach, and our partnership with the homeowner and architect from the commencement of each project, sets the stage and foundation for a smooth and successful project.

Our KN Visions leadership team has a broad expanse of custom home building experience and has delivered nearly 60 high-end residences of various unique and impressive architectural designs. Our reputation is built on maintaining the highest level of integrity in all aspects of the industry and by building relationships of trust and cooperation among architects, interior designers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, landscape architects and, most importantly, our clients.

OUR TEAM

Brian Groza is a key member of KN Visions, and our Construction Team Leader. Brian has nearly 40 years of experience building over 50 high-end residences of various unique and impressive architectural designs. Brian’s reputation was built on maintaining the highest level of integrity in all aspects of the industry and by building relationships of trust and cooperation among architects, interior designers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, landscape architects and, most importantly, our clients.

KN Visions was created to provide additional depth to our already broad range of project types. Not your typical residential contractor, KN Visions is focused on keen architectural homes that incorporate many of KNCC’s already proficient skills in sustainability, current technological components and complex structural and architectural designs.

Recognizing the particular demands of residential construction, we have a team of skilled workers who are passionate about their craft, and have experience constructing exceptional details, and are adept at communicating with our clients and the entire design team. This ensures effectiveness in fulfilling the unique features and desires of our clients’ and architects’ expectations for excellence.

In the most beneficial building program, we will be involved from the initial design development phase through completion, providing valuable cost information as well as constructibility expertise and value engineering options, in order to set up the construction phase to be successful as possible.

Many of the Custom Residences we construct incorporate large open expanses internally as well as extensive use of exterior glazing. To achieve these design elements, the structure will typically necessitate structural steel and often incorporate exposed architectural concrete. We self-perform our own concrete and have a steel fabrication shop and installation crew, which makes those critical portions of the project work seamlessly and allows for timely scheduling.

We look forward to talking with you further about your particular project and are anxious to assist you bringing your home from concept to reality.
